Website, App, and Marketplace Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the LinkFish website, mobile application, marketplace, AI features, and related services.

By accessing or using LinkFish, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
LinkFish may provide tools that allow users to list, offer, buy, or sell fishing-related products and services. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, condition, and fulfillment of their listings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchase. LinkFish is not the seller of record for user-listed goods unless explicitly stated otherwise and is not responsible for disputes between users except as required by law or platform policy.
Marketplace transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. You authorize LinkFish and its payment partners to charge applicable amounts, collect fees, process refunds where appropriate, and disburse payouts subject to verification, fraud review, reserves, holds, chargebacks, and payment network rules. Platform fees, including seller fees, may change upon notice where legally required.
You retain ownership of content you submit to LinkFish, including profile information, listings, images, trip posts, messages, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant LinkFish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, market, and protect the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
AI-generated recommendations, including bait guidance and related informational outputs, are provided for general informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances. LinkFish does not guarantee that AI outputs are correct, safe, lawful, or fit for a particular purpose, and you remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions on and off the water.
You may not use LinkFish to violate any law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, post false or misleading information, harass or threaten others, distribute malware, interfere with platform security, scrape or reverse engineer the Services, manipulate marketplace activity, evade enforcement actions, or upload content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
LinkFish may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for users or the platform, failed to complete required verification, or engaged in conduct that could expose LinkFish or others to harm or liability. You may stop using the Services at any time.
The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. LinkFish does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, successful sales, user conduct, or the accuracy of listings, community content, or AI-generated outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkFish and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business arising from or related to the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinkFish and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Services, your marketplace activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and may provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
